For A Day of Mindfulness with Mary Kullman
Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
DuPage Unitarian Universalist Church

This is an opportunity to learn, understand and experience Mindfulness Meditation and the many benefits that it can bring into your day-to-day life.  Both new and seasoned meditators are welcome.

Details & Registration:

Cost:  A donation (dana) to the church is encouraged (more info provided on day of event).
Lunch: Please bring a sack lunch.
Time/Date: The day begins promptly at 10 AM on Saturday, March 24. Please arrive no later than 9:45. The day ends at 4:30 PM.
Comfort: Wear comfortable clothing. If you use a meditation cushion or bench, please bring it. Chairs will also be available for meditation. Note that much of the day will be conducted in Noble Silence.
The Facilitator: Mary Kullman has practiced meditation since 1996 and is co-founder and co-facilitator for the past 7 1/2 years of Present Moment Sangha in Naperville. Currently, she is participating in a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with nationally recognized lead teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
